TYKE Center Workshops Terms and Conditions

Registration

Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

We require full payment at the time of registration via credit card.

Refund Policy

We require written notice if you need to withdraw from a workshop, please send an email to info@tykecenter.com requesting the withdrawal. Full refund will be provided less a $50 administrative fee if cancellation is requested with at least 2 weeks advance notice. No refunds will be processed within 1 week of your camp start day.

Cancellation Policy

The TYKE Center reserves the right to cancel a session due to insufficient enrollment. In that event that the session is cancelled, your deposit and tuition will be refunded in full.

Workshop Hours are as follows:

  • Workshops: various times Saturdays or Sundays throughout 9:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m.  Workshop Hours or Days are subject to change based upon random circumstances

Please drop-off and pick-up on time.
An authorized adult must sign your child in and out of camp each day.

Late Pickup Fees

The TYKE Center understands that an unexpected event may occur which results in late pickups. Please call us if you are running late. In the event of a late pickup, past the 15 minute grace period, your are subject to be charged $10 per each following 15 minute block.

Snacks

We are a nut-free facility. We will provide one light snack consisting of juice, fruit, chip, pretzel, water.

Health/Allergies

If your child has special health needs or any allergies, please let us know on the registration form. Please let us know if your camper has special conditions we need to be aware of.
